Children's Mental Health Week 2021

This week is Children's Mental Health Week. In these difficult times it is very important to look after your mental health. There are many things we can do to help improve your mental health. This week we have put together a fun activity that can be done every day. 

⭐Monday Funday - do some baking

⭐Tunes on Tuesday - listen to your favourite song - sing along, dance and smile.

⭐Well-being Wednesday - time to look after you brain and mind.

⭐Thankful Thursday - who are you thankful for? Tell them or paint them a picture.

⭐Fitness Friday - take time to look after your body - go for a walk or play a game outside.
