P1 and P2 had a wonderful time at W5 for their Christmas outing. They had fun in the Discovery area playing in the shop, cafe, water and other play sectors. They went on a trip to Winterland and met Matt the storyteller who told us the story of the Nutcracker. Joel, Ruby, Olivia, Lorcan and Jack got to dress up as some of the characters. We all enjoyed the story and listened really well. We went on a train ride and spotted some polar bears, penguins and even a snowman! Santa made an appearance and we go5 to talk and sing with him as well as getting a treat. Next we spent more time in the Discovery area and some of the children explored Climbit. We had a fun day at W5!
