Post Primary Admissions 2020-2021

Given the uncertainty of the current situation, the Education Authority has taken the decision to
prepare and issue notification of post primary placement letters, on behalf of schools, to
parents/guardians for receipt on Thursday 4 June 2020.
The letter will provide: the application outcome, information on the appeals process and link to the
EA website for more information.
We understand that this is a particularly anxious time for our P7 pupils and families; we therefore will be available to provide you with help and support in the event of your letter not arriving. You may contact us, via email, in relation to this placement letter from Thursday 4th June (12noon onwards), to 3pm on Friday 5th June. Placement details for our P7 pupils will be shared with school via our secure network. We are not permitted to disclose this information before 12noon on Thursday 4th June. The EA (Education Authority) will also operate a helpdesk from 1pm on Thursday 4th June, for parents of pupils whose letter does not arrive in the post. We have not yet been provided with a contact number for this, but will forward it when received.
If you have any concerns in relation to your child's placement please do get in touch and we will assist and support you in whatever way we can.
